First day at work.


I was half an hour early, so I strolled around the mall. All the stores there are very 'atas', judging from the items prices, I think mine can be considered atas too lol
Fast forward***
Reported to in charge - he was pretty nice -, changed into uniform, settled admin, 'studied' with a new girl, learned how the shop operates etc

The first few hours were really dry, just stood there and listen, absorb, listen and absorb. Talking about that, I haven't done my memorizing. Got to memorize the numerical conversion for sizes, I hate memorizing - that's why my geography sucks haha I was told that it's necessary for female assistant to put on light make-up for work.. I think my skin's going to protest that they can't breathe very soon lol

okay.. then an hour lunch break with the new girl, her name's JJ, and I'm LL hahahaha our names are 'alliteration'!


So I was sort of useless in the shop yesterday cos' I don't dare to serve ): only after I changed venue - cos' other outlets needed staff - did I started serving. Phew~ but I still prefer my initial working venue leh ): cos' there were more Caucasians HAHA joking.



MONEY DOESN'T COME BY EASILY.
Finally know the pain of earning money man.. Standing for hourS is painful, I think this is worse than netball training. At work, my brain switched to 'daydream' mode occasionally; zzz
Glad that I don't have to work today, cos' I'm freaking sick! Throat is sore, nose is blocked, legs are tired.. ahhh but I can't wait to go back to work, cos' there are more for me to learn! ._.

Finally! After so many disappointments... I've got a job! YAY! Lucky that I don't have to take up the waitress job :D

It commences tomorrow; it's going to be training first though. I'm quite excited for it, at the same time nervous!!! Hope I'd pick up fast and not be clumsy haha everything's pretty all right except for the journey to work and back home - kinda draggy.

I haven't been waking up at my usual time - 8/9 - instead at 10 plus or so. Could be due to the time I've been turning in these days. I neeeeed to sleep early today and not be late tomorrow. Gosh reporting time is 11:30!



Erm okay.. I guess working also means I can't spend much time with friends and family. Well, when you gain something, you got to lose something else - in this case I gain experience and $$, lose time..

The interviewer asked me if I have an English name, nope I don't.
I told my dad about that and he said: your english name ah, Lilian lor!
What a convenient name I have -.-

I do not have the urge to blog anymore. This is so weird, I want to use the computer when there is exam, now that exams are over, I'm sick of the computer. RAWR

Ok I'm meeting qing'er in an hour's time but I'm still lazing in front of the desktop.
Oh my last drama was BOF, but last night while waiting for my sis to come home, I started 下一站幸福! I've no idea why but I expected their plot, thought that it was cliche but at the same time... sweeet! haha I'm only at episode 2 though; shall continue when I've nothing better to do lol slept at 3plus Am, feeling a little lethargy now boohoo


hmm okay got to go~~~~~ I'm a punctual person :P

PROM WAS GREAT! It was really A Night To Remember (;

I wouldn't post any prom photos over here, cos' there are too many and all of them would be up in facebook, I suppose.

It's good to see everyone nicely dressed that night. Performances were entertaining; a crazy night indeed. And to me, it seems like we paid $55 for the Fun and not the Food! haha



I was really exhausted after prom, but the weird thing was, it took me 1-2 hours before I went into deep slumber. Unable to wake up at my usual timing today, ended up waking up a lil before noon.


I was contemplating whether or not to go for the guys' soccer match due to the heavy rain. Well, still turned up in the end. I loved the weather over there, but it was too cold. No idea how they survive running around just now haha and I got very ganjiong when the ball was nearing the goal post lol the reds didn't win, but I think they have put in their best!
Mac with Shaz, then homed due to the weather - makes me want to cuddle at home hahaha



blahblahblah this feeling of emptiness is coming back, yes it sucks..
